
When I look at the journey to success, it can be broken down into four steps:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

STEP 1⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
In this step you spend time researching your audience and market, testing ideas, learning what you need to learn from those tests, tweaking and then going again. It’s all about iteration after iteration until you hit your sweet spot.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

STEP 2⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I call this the Power Of One (#POO for short). Get clear on one audience, one offer, one marketing platform you will go ALL IN on, and with that create the recurring revenue you need to secure at least 6 months of your operating costs, tax, salaries, and profit (if you’re running Profit First) at a minimum. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

STEP 3⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
As soon as you can, outsource those tasks you’re not good at or hate, automate repeatable tasks and create evergreen systems and consistent habits. This will give you a powerful foundation to scale from.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

STEP 4⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Scale that one proven offer you’ve validated and got amazing results with, adding in higher-level offers as you feel the need to supplement this. Outsource more as you scale so you can step back and be the visionary.
