So you’ve attracted all this traffic… now what?

It takes a lot to get all the new leads into your business and once you’ve put in all that time, effort and occasionally money into building an audience you can’t let it be crickets.

I see so many small business owners making this mistake – they focus so much on finding new people that they’re missing an opportunity with the amazing tribe they’ve already created. You see, these are the people who are already interested so this is your perfect moment to go deeper and strengthen that relationship.

Here are a few different ways that you can nurture those connections you already have:

  • Serve the people in your Facebook community by showcasing your expertise and giving them your time
  • Create evergreen nurture sequences
  • Share consistent, high-value content across all your different platforms
  • Really listen to your people and let their needs inspire the things you create
  • Surprise and delight your audience – it makes them feel loved!
  • Re-engage the segments of your community that you’ve neglected
  • Share a thank you video when someone opts in for your lead magnet and direct them somewhere they’ll be nurtured
  • Send follow-up emails to all signups checking in with them
  • Try a tool like Bonjoro, which allows you to send personalised video messages to people who sign up or buy from you
  • Give your community exclusive discounts or early bird opportunities
  • Bring your audience into your Instagram Stories
  • Have a showreel of client wins displayed somewhere
