• Micromanagement will stagnate your growth; Learn to let go and delegate by building trust with your team. Open, transparent, honest, frank relationships and conversations with clear boundaries help.
• Play around with mixtures of launching and funnels to find your unique style. Harriet likes to download new information, rearrange things and constantly be in contact with people, communicating, teaching, sharing, inspiring, putting stuff out there.
• Notice what happens when you focus less on the numbers, e.g. financial goal for the launch, or the number of people we want coming through a particular funnel or an evergreen system, and more on the impact and transformation you’re making. • Don’t get too caught up in arbitrary numbers. Part of the ‘rich mentality’ is that if all your bills are paid, all your needs are met, and all your desires are fulfilled, what does it matter what the number is on the balance sheet at the end of the tax year? 
• A huge self-development shift is ‘the less I work, the more I earn’ – prioritising self-care, reflection, meditation, exercise to be more effective and not burn out.
• “The most profound spiritual practise for me is just being with myself because it’s the thing that everyone denies themselves.” In what ways do you come home to yourself? Meditation, automatic writing, time alone? Create space for inspiration to come in.
• Practice daily ritualistic humility – On the mission to hit 7-figures, you can miss the small stuff that makes life so divine. Take time to be present and enjoy your success in the day-to-day. 
• Get good at saying “no” – to ideas, opportunities, invites so you can honour your “yes”. We have to say no to things in order to be our best selves for other people and can overflow into the service of them.
• Trust the guidance you receive – even if it’s counter-intuitive.
• It’s not about the numbers. When you get attached to a number you’re trying to validate your self-worth and your existence through a balance sheet. The way only you perceive the world brings so much value to the collective that you have no reason to search for self-worth or validation anywhere, least of all in your accounts.
