  • Building a team will show you what kind of leader you are. E.g. do you always look for problems to solve at the expense of praising good work? 
  • Make space to train up new employees, but trust your gut if you feel they’re not the right fit.
  • Consistency counts: Commit to your goals so you don’t get distracted, e.g. posting a new video and/or emailing your list weekly, or a membership/new client goal. 
  • If you have an audience who completely align with your vision, who you can nurture and offer things that will truly help them, you will create success.
  • To grow your audience, commit to your plan and go all-in. Wishy-washy plans make for wishy-washy results.
