We talk about the power of saying no, going deeper with your existing customers and making a million dollar mistake on her journey to $3 million.

• Sometimes growth can take you away from your core business. Doubling staff, buying another company, or remodelling a building may seem like good investments but for Angela they gobbled up profit.
• Choose to become a person who says no so you can doubledown on selling your #1.
• Don’t keep acquiring customers but go deeper with the customers you already have.
• Some people pay mentors lots of money and then don’t do what they say – don’t be one of those people.
• If managing a team isn’t your zone of genius, hire someone else to do it for you so you can still scale and do what you love.
• “If I say hello [to the team], it creates busy work for the whole company.” Don’t get involved in the nitty-gritty of other people’s jobs. Stick to activities that add value to the company and let your team do the rest.
• A big launch may not work for your product. A simple funnel that runs Facebook ads that go to a webinar, which goes to an application, which goes to a team of acquisitions people may work for you but not someone else.
• Taking a chance doesn’t always work out. Your coach or programme may not work, but the key thing is to learn from it and move on.
• You can’t expect to not make mistakes. That’s why everybody should raise their prices right now. If you’re running so close to the margin that you can’t afford to make mistakes, you won’t be able to grow. 
• Follow the path of least resistance for new habits. If you already check your phone in the morning, add an inspiring email. Don’t try and talk yourself into not checking your phone. Be who you are. If you don’t like meditating, don’t talk yourself into meditating. Just sit quietly. Or if you like to do journaling, do a thought download. But do it your way.
• The rise of the divine feminine is the rise of the divine right to improve as you go along. You can embrace where you are right now and make it better.
• Be willing to suck. Be willing to do a bad first webinar, first digital course, first Facebook group, first book. It won’t be your best, but do it anyway.
