• There are people who try to avoid doing the work and jump from coach to coach, programme to programme hoping to find that magic bullet – it doesn’t exist.
• For a lot of new coaches the biggest struggle is fearing their clients won’t get results. Get honest about the facts of what you offer, align your marketing message to only attract people who are going to take action, and accept that you can’t control the outcome of your client.
• When you face your worst fears, like a disaster launch, it makes you fearless in business, because you know you can come through the other side.
• Evergreen funnels mean money doesn’t have to come from big stress, big push and big risk that might not pay off and burns you out. 
• “A million dollars is an awkward level of business for profit versus expenses” – Amanda
• Other people may say you can scale bigger, but ultimately it’s up to you how much you want to hold.
• If working an early morning, then taking more time off in the afternoon works for you – do it. The old masculine ways of working where we push, push, push simply don’t work anymore. It’s time for a more feminine way of doing business where we open ourselves to receive, refuel with joy, pleasure and fun, and relish in rest – that can be confronting, so do your money mindset work around these new beliefs.
• Decide to adopt the belief that your business is going to work out – your energy will follow your belief.
• Slow down to speed up: If you want to scale, get your systems and processes designed so your team can change and you don’t have to start from scratch.
